its always like this apna billa is sharref,famabardar n naik n dosron ki billi is chalak n loose character.such a cliche:)
That happened to me too 2-3 months ago. Sorry to tell you this but experience show that billa will not come back! :(. I know how you feel!

I would say give your billa another chance. Talk to him. If he's serious about that billi, you should get them married and not be a villain by stepping in "2 pyar karney waley". I mean your billa will eventually get married SOME day with SOME billi, so why not this one? As for the billi being seen with other billas, they may be her bhai.

He can be given a second chance or neutering only if he comes back . He is not back still.

Oh wow. He's really enjoying himself. We should understand that he's probably going through teenage years and we've all been through those. So I at least understand that at this point he values the company of a young billi more than the love of his family. Don't worry, it will soon be over and he will be back once this love fever goes away.
Billi keh khuwab main cheechray .. lekin this became reality..!! LOLzz..!

i would say search warrant nikalo, then usko pakro, then jab mill jaye to put him on a leesh. kuch dair bahd laaaammmbiii see leesh rakhna and then follow him around, she kai kahan jata hai and kya karta hai. play detective (khel be achi hai wo and you will get more answers). jab aapko more info mil jaye gi to then you can buy your dog. pehle sab info dhoond lo kai kohn kya kya karta ya karti hai.
