I agree abt ur comments on asset allocation. And that investing for long term is the way to go.

Having said that, promoting the idea of up to a (annual?) 35 pct return AFTER such a move seems bit I’ll advised?

Note that Japan in 1984 was at 40000 Nikkei. Last I checked Nikki was at around 25000.

Us snp500 was at 1500 April 2000. Even from today’s lofty level of 2096 that is only 33 pct return in last 15 years! With dividends extra of course.

When promoting funds, it is best to disclose the risks. And not just promote the rewards, IMHO.
