So for Karai she said I should par boil the meat with salt and garlic and then throw the water out, add a whole bunch of tomatoes, chopped onions, minced ginger garlic, crushed chilli, cumin powder, turmeric, black pepper and simmer it. I didn’t add additional water and will take a couple of hours for meat to get really fall of the bone tender at that time I will increase the heat and do the bhoona(saute/fry) then add some yogurt and garnish with green chilli, coriander and ginger and serve with hot naan. I also threw in some green herb mix.
