the first time i ever tried escargot was at the red lobster. we all dared each other to try it, and surprise, surprise, they were damn good! possibly the cheese sauce made them yummy. the next time, i had them in the bahamas at a french restaurant and omg, they were even better! so, no, they are not a regular on my menu, but yes, they are quite good.
i love seafood (shrimps, prawns, crabs, lobster, mussels, squid) but im not a big fan of oysters or fish.
