As far as I am concerned nothing wrong with it as long as I am not hurting anybody physically or emotionally. Drinking and driving is a zero tolerance issue.

But does this mean that I, as a muslim, should not even advice that person. I understand that then and there might not be the right time but you have to tell him/her to repent. I mean, as a muslim, you cannot just leave some1 hanging there to sin.
