Just because you are born somewhere doesnt make you a part of that society. Their parents are mostly illegal immigrants and as such were never suppose to be in France.
Half of the Rioters in last year riots in France were illegal immigrants and that percentage goes up to 80-90% if you include the fact that their parents are illegal as well.
