It is unfortunate muslims are not following islam in its true form.If a muslim man gaze at a woman(that inclues muslims and non muslim) is commiting a sin no doubt on that one in islam.At the same time muslim women should cover their bodies and if they dont they have also breached the islamic code.
muslims living in any part of the world is liable and accountable for his/her acts

why wear something that needs to be pointed out in the first place? khair whats wrong is wrong, whether it is being hypocrite or whatever. religion has provided us with guidelines, if u follow it good, if not then there are consequences for it. what path u chose is upto u, but it still doesnt change the fact that it is wrong according to the religion.

she is liable to God alone but if by her acts wrong impression of islam is conveyed to the whole world that a practising muslim can wear a skirt then she is accountable both in thsi world and at the day of judgement too
try to understand islam.In islam you have to follow certain principles if you breach them it is our faith that you will be accountable and liable for your actions both in thsi world and at th e day of judgement
If someone drinks any acholic drink which is not allowed in islam but at his home and no one knows about that he is liable to allah alone because HE is watching him doing this act and no one.At the same time if thsi muslim goes to a muslim or a non muslim place and in public says that i am an alcoholic and at the same time a practising muslim he is liable for his actions.You can clain to be right if you dont follow what is in quran shariah and hadith

Quran and Shariah don't allow you to shove Islam down someone's throat.
Islam allows you to live under the laws of the land or migrate. She is just fine living in India..she is not accountable to anyone.

If you want to criticise women's attire on Islamic grounds, be honest and use the same standard for men too. Or admit your stands are gender discriminatory.
