I've never heard such big BS in my life. Each Turkish girl I know, and I know a lot of them, have chosen their own husbands, are free to go and stay wherever they want and are in many ways much more 'liberal' compared to 'regular' muslim girls. So, what was her point again?

I am really not sure why we are getting so excited (pun intended) when sooooooo many ‘muslim’ women do soooo many of similar acts.
Just because the so called muslim woman is shown on the cover of playboy magazine we need to get worked up or talk like this kind of act is so unusual?
A cheap publicity stunt by playboy magazine. Must not be doing well on news stand I think…

The funny thing is, she has no idea how stupid she looks. She thinks she has done a service to Turkish women when I am pretty sure they are embarrassed to be associated with her.
Girls like that are so far gone, there is no hope for recovery. Its best to ignore their antics and pretend as if they dont exist no matter how much noise they make.

lol. our profs used to ragged the girls who do nude photoshoots cuz some girls artist find it the most easiest thing to just pose naked.
i remember there was this artist who did her nude photoshoot on a bed and the reasoning she gave was pain and suffering she went through while she was having cancer and her chemo therapy though her images didnt show any struggle. During critique session photography prof literally ripped into project, nitpicking each and every grain.

It’s quiet ironic you mentioned the above case. Do you know my obervation is that open sexuality is seen as liberation in the west. In art form, this lady probably thought to portray herself in un-decent manner because may be historically artists are poist into this naked art? I am not the artist of any kind so i wouldn’t know. Art requires more than skill and creativity, it requires inquisitiveness in the idea that surrounds what is being presented as art. Not an un-decent act as an expression.
