I beg to differ. Although lack of knowledge is a factor but remember people do know things and yet they tend to ignore. We should pray that may ALLAH:swt: do not make us among the ignorants who do not have faith in hereafter the way we should have faith.
People do know that Offensive nick naming is prohibitted but they still do it.
People do know that accussing of someone with something which is not true is prohibitted strictly and they have only speculations about it, but they still do it.
People know that resorting to sarcastic pointers towards other and make fun of them is a cause of hurting them yet people do it.
All because of ONE reason: Lack of Imaan.
