actually the maories of NZ are the same.. ive hardly ever seen a short thin maori.. but mind u, they do like quite beautiful. They dont seem to care what they look like and i love their passion for rugby, and dance and culture... and the females have such long and beautiful hair
in regards to the aboriginies of aussie.. i think they also trace their "religious beliefs" somewhat back to hindusim as well.. like their "gods" and so on... their history is very interesting

In Canada will hardly ever come across a Native unless you drive to some small town or go to a reservation.....
depends on where u go... im down south, so theres not many natives here but if u go to the northern areas (QlD, Northern Territory) u'll see a lot more aborigines than "white" australians
as for NZ, there are heaps and heaps of maoris.. and quite a lot here in OZ as well
