Well it looks like you read the headline ONLY. He must have been asked this question and he has given a good reply. USA didn't give us a cash DONATION of $10 billion. Some of that money was spent on weapons and there is no reason why those weapons can only be used againt Talibans or Al Qaeda. If the threat comes from Indian side, why should those weapons NOT be used against them????
India should mind it's own business, it's none of their problem where we buy our weapons from and what money we should use.
That is true, it is none of Indian business, but saying these kind of things and issuing these statements is irresponsible behaviour, he was former head of state, he shouldn't be issuing any statement like these to start with, but like i always believed he had no brains in his head...
