which is to:
remove a democratically elected PM - either hang him or send him abroad (give him the option!)
become CMLA or Chief Executive Officer! Promise to hold free and fair elections in a few months even though deep down you know it's all a smokescreen
have the incumbent President working for a year or two to make everything seem normal to the outside world then fire him and appoint yourself as President
have a rubber stamp judiciary that will legalise all of your unconstitutional steps
Hold a sham referendum or rigged elections (minus main political parties) after a few years resulting in a lota Parliament that will reendorse you as President
Then tell the nation we have been in transition for all this time i.e. the past 8-10 years (wish it could have been a bit longer), welcome back all corrupt politicians that you and your regime had been accusing of all sorts of things ranging from corruption to incompetence and mismanagement in the name of NRO and promise to hold 'free and fair' elections - the electorate still confused and unsure if and when they will get rid of this bloo*y transitional phase of democracy.
and the comedy is repeated after every so many years...
