and right now he is taking “class” of western diplomats saying

“You took centuries to implement the civil liberties and democracy and you expect us (under developed world) to implement that in years if not month… I am for democracy, I am for civil liberty but no 2 environment are same, we will reach to democracy and liberties by our own way and not your way” :k: …
