Bhai, it is bad for Akharat to do bohtan. Why don’t you do some research, go to SBP site or write to State Bank of Pakistan to know the fact.
Pakistan debt kept increasing throughout Pakistan history and it was first time in Pakistan history that Pakistan external debt did not increased for several years (2000-2007).
Pakistan external debt was around $17 billion in 1988 that thug governments of BB and NS increased it to around $40 billion (plus whatever NS government took from $ accounts of Pakistanis). Actually, first time in history of Pakistan, Pakistan defaulted on foreign loan in late 1998 and early 1999 (both under Nawaz government), and then World bank came to help out Pakistan.
I do not like to give figures from my head as true figure, so if you could not do search yourself than I can try to find out how Pakistan debt increased from 1971 to 2000 … that can show that Pakistan debt, both internal and external, increased every year.
