I bought whey once, just once and I didn’t even finish it. Why? I was so hell bent on buying the thing that I picked a tub of banana flavored whey(this was the only flavor on the shelf at the time), and it tasted like crap. So about 60$ went to waste on that.

I must admit that I still wanna get big, but I don’t like my gut growing. And it grows when you start eating more, to gain weight. So I’m sticking to my current size for now.

u can grow big and without gaining weight. whey supplements are good.
