I have few questions.
Suppose you one week u did work out only twice.
What would it be?
running,elliptical ? Would duration of the running,elliptical be exactly the same.
If you do work out twice/once a week do you feel lethargic next day? Slow response to every thing... and more time solving problems?
answer ASAP so I can share my experience going through same thing.. and how i fixed it.
