Do you take Vitamins? I have heard good and bad stories about them. I would like to get a feed back from unprofessional docs of gupshup…thanks.
If you are in a good mood you can also write a good healthy diet plan i.e easy to follow…not the one for which I have to go search for food in the broccoli isle. Oh yeah! tell me something good about big mac too.
vitamins? with my diet, i kinda sorta hafta. or am rather forced to either by my dad or when the world starts going dark on me and whirling in circles.
total cerial, fat free bagels, flavored lite yogurts, and yes- fruits and veggies. make salads. and diet is never enough to be fit, i took a health class- it has to go hand in hand with a reuglar exercise routine.
pizza all the way!! has basically all of the food groups...the carbohydrate base (the baked crust), topped with cheese (i.e. milk group), and depending on what u order, veg. as well as meat (both red and white) :D prefect meal ;)
Parathey with ghee or makhan and aachaar.
Orang juice.
yogurt.
Ceral is something to unnatural I will say.
Eating chacolate and M&Ms for breakfast is what I call suffering upon ones self. I do not recommend those kind of eating habits. They can lead to many health issues and serious problems regarding ones ability to more around.
eat whatever u wanna eat, but remember to burn it all too, cut down ur sweets, and avoid fried stuff, and yeah eat many small meals rather than having one big meal as lunch and then as dinner,try n eat more carbs in ur lunch and more proteins in ur dinner,and go for pepsi max, i know it tastes funny, but u gotta cut ur sweets,
Exercise!!!,at least 3 4 times a week.
The best breakfast u can ever have… chocoalte milk, with chocolate covered oatmeal cookies U know what.. For the first semester ever, that was my every day breakfast …always gave me the boost to start up the day…but yeah, it burns out pretty fast

If u really want a boost…nuts are great. A teaspoon of peanut butter, will drive u running thru the day yum
Hmm… and here’s my lunch for now…orange juice with a cream cheese toast.
Vitamins and calcium pills are good I guess… but if there’s someone who’d like hold them up to u and bring them to u when u’re suppose to take them. Ami used to do that… ab wo pas hain nahi, tuo :rolleyes: kaisay karon? smiles
hmm…what else is healthy..oh yeah… catching the kitchen oops chicken live, while running after it I mean, and then zabafying it is a very healthy warzish, better than going to the gym and working out.Honest. Girl always does that..running after the turkeys and chickens in the farm..which in return prompts her to eat..eat…eat..eat… eat… and yet eat some more. mashAllah Therefore its the raz of her getting beshtest results on her report cards. DB gets ready to run at any instant for the fear of getting bombarded :scared and alerty face:
Well okay for the serious part now… Someone once said to me, "If you’re going to eat junk food, thats what ur mind is going to throw back at’cha (she meant energy wise caughcaugh). So eat healthy Like me heh, yeah rite
