which ubtan do u use and or wat's in the ubtan..like 'ingredients'? also, does it give a glow?

I buy it in Pot Pourri at Fortress Stadium in lhr. And yes it gives a glow! I'm always "shocked" to see my face in a mirror after coz my face is so wow! I don't know how to explain it but try it and you'll understand what the "wow" means

I guess some pregnant women do that, but I am not sure if it is Multani mitti or regular mitti off the walls of their homes.

Yah. Some children do it too. My little cousin was licking the brick fireplace. His (doctor) father was not concerned.
