The first step in solving a problem is accepting the fact that you have a problem. The longer the Islamic world shuts its eyes to these problem, the monster is going to grow bigger and bigger. It is only a matter of time before the word "islam" is going to be synonymous with terrorism. I am not worried about Islam being associated with terrorism its like associating Tony Balir's pedigree, with African negro tribes living in jungle half or full naked!
What I am amazed about is people not paying attentions to mullahs ALREADY have talked about calling people outside the Islam who commit horrible crimes. One of those is YOU.
I am sure you have heard of the fatwa from many countries about these people. But you are calling now for us to do something...you are too late as its already been done but has not been projected as OBL was projected for evil reasons.
So why drag it on? Except you want to continue to talk bad about Islam and muslims to fulfill your desires and temptations.

Just need the answer yes OR no.

Atleast you are agreeing that it is wrong to kill innocent civilians. That is a big improvement from some of the posters here who want to kill all the infidels and preach that the earthquake happened due to people watching TV. The issue of safety always is a paramount concern for every person in this world. The fear that the ordinary person is not safe from these characters is a source of worry. How long will you be with your head burried in the sand. The sooner you get your hear out of the sand, the better. If I see hostage takers crying "God is Great" and beheading the hostage then it is very difficult to believe otherwise. The mentality that the world is out to destroy Islam is not going to get anywhere when we see these kind of images everyday being flashed.

Just to let you know that when one quotes someone, one can splice the sentence (not in middle) but not add words to it. Even adding a translation is bad since that's not what was in the original post.
