^ Although I haven't gone through the thread in detail, but why should it be locked? I'd only see a reason for locking it down if members continuously break the rules of the forum. I've seen many other threads stay alive and this should remain open, unless things really get out of hand.
In addition, it has already been clarified that answers from ahl us sunnah wal jamaah's perspective are required.
