Mikail used to be just a pretty face. Now his acting has really improved along with Noor Hassan. I have noticed though that he has put on quite a few pounds.
This story seems too far fetched. Sanam Jung just seems slow (Saadi). In Dil e muztar she managed to capture everyone's hurt. She came across as intelligent, sweet, and genuine.
I'm a very big fan of Umera Ahmed's plays and character developement. Even her negative character have depth like Saman in maat. However this one has some major flaws esp. In the female lead role.
I just started watching this one and saw the last two episodes...someone tell me is Rumaisa a poorly executed character or is she actually having some sort of mental slowness...??The couple's romantic scenes in today's episodes made me very uncomfortable...and it did feel as if Nabeel was saying all those to a 2 year old.
Sanam Jung was nice in her first drama (Dil e muztar) and I liked her.I am not sure what has happened to her in this play..:/
Secondly, why does everyone in Nabeel's house not work..his brother and sister's husband? And how come Nabeel is paal-po'sing them all...???
I had heard good things about this drama. Two episodes later I feel it is not worth any hype.
i just watched this epi, don't know the story but the dialogue kash mei bhatk hoti kash mei machli hoti, tauba......... I am not liking sanam jung trying too hard to be innocent she looks mentally retarded
Yes Sanam Jung looks retarded not just from a poor family. It's not just Sanam Jung the dialogues are horrible . I can't believe this this a Umera Ahmed Play. Her dialogues are her trademark. I don't like Sakina Soma as a director at all. This one is headed to be a flop Bc of poor direction and a poorly convinced and executed lead character. In Kankar Kiran was a strong, bold character even though she was poor. I actually like the cousins acting in this one.
Syra Yusuf is doing a great job as an innocent girl and then in contrast as a shrewd selfish girl who also plays a double role as the mother. So far beautiful acting and a beautifully crafted character in Ru baru. In Dil e muztar this same acting was appreciated. In short there is ZERO chemistry between mikail and Sanam Jung. There was very little chemistry between the Sania and Fawad in Zindagi Gulzar as a married couple.
Umera Ahmed never married. This is the first disappointment. I even liked maat. zindagi was really good until the director killed it by dragging unnecessarily and poor direction after the two got married.

Good for her. She may not have time to devote to her writing. Good for her . Definitely need good writers. Pakistan has an awesome breed of actors. Most people in Pakistan know how to act. Seems like there is a huge crop of female actresses.
Here is a duck, here is a fish ...I wish I was a fish or duck. The dialogues and acting fail to capture the romeesas feeling - that she finally is living what she sees in her dream.
The dialogues were meant to be reflective and at times rhetorical and thoughtful...I've ways seen romeesas shyness as something that alludes to her deeeper thoughtful self. She
seemed like a 2 year old who couldn't process anything today.
I can't believe they came across childish.
It was like meekal was connecting with his long lost daughter.
