Goodbabu:- on a serious note, submit your resume to any of cafe mod, or a mod from any section you want to be mod of. depending upon the area you live in, you will be given bank details to deposit application fee (which varies from section to section). all fat cats go for S&P section since there is nothing much to moderate and they get paid for nothing.. 
and poor guys like us end up with cafe.. IF you have links and you try to use some political pressure then you will be given religion forum as a PUNISHMENT since we are strongly against such pressure.. :o
