yea curious u r right...i should hv done tht........but those forums r pretty slow in replying....so i posted in cafe'........this place gives quicker responses..........

Can u login to ur hotmail account through the website (try from ur pc, if not then from some other PC)?
(a) If you can’t login to ur account from anywhere else, then sounds like ur account is taken over by someone else. In that case, try to change ur password on the website by answering to ur ‘Secret Question’. If that is also changed by the invader, then u can’t do anything.
(b) If you can login to ur account (through website or from MSN on another PC), then it’s a good news and seems MSN on ur PC has got corrupted. Try uninstall MSN, and reinstall a fresh one. If that doesn’t work, then there could be other problems on ur system, like u might have some Spyware/Backdoor on ur PC or ur Windows could be corrupted.
In this case, as a temporary alternative you can use ‘Gaim’ (which is just another IM client like ur MSN messenger). You can get ‘Gaim’ from here: http://gaim.sourceforge.net/downloads.php
The very first file (on above page) is “gaim-1.5.0.exe” for your Windows - i assume u r using Windows. Install it, Add new account by selecting MSN from the drop-down list (of IM Protocols), … enter ur hotmail address as the Screen Name and password. And try that. …(I know this alternative option could be little bit difficult for u. But do it if u really need to talk to people and ur MSN doesn’t work).

no.........i still din't try tht............its weekend here.......so insha'allah will try on saturday.............
& hey one more thing..........from the past 1 hour every time i click on anything .........i get some pop-up messages saying things like ur email was not sent to _ _ _......& the email addresses tht appear r unknown to me........
& i'm getting like hundreds of those message...........'cause of which when i log on to GS i can only click on one thing.........& i begin getting those messages & they don'y allow me to write anything until i don't disconnect the connection...........& write whteever reply i wanna write & connect it back again & press the "post quick reply" icon..............& then right after tht it starts giving those pop-up messages again.........& on the title bar of those messages is written "Symantec"

& yea one more thing.........every time i open my IE homepage.........i get some blue coloured screen telling me my PC has spyware.........
& in the address bar this is written..."C:\secure32.html"

Your PC is totally screwed up, i mean it has got the Spyware/Backdoor as i mentioned earlier. That's WHY i was asking u to try from some other PC that is working fine. Once you make sure you can login to ur hotmail account from other PC, then immediately change your password from that other PC. You need to thoroughly clean ur PC with an anti-spyware and anti-virus. If that doesn't fix it, then just format it and reinstall ur Windows.

Your computer definitely has spywares that is causing this problem…
If you are using Windows XP, then you can restore it to a previous date when the computer was working fine..
You will need to Click on start → All Programs → Accessories → System Tools → System Restore..
There you will see a calender … only the bold dates are the one to which you can restore your system…

but everytime i try to download some anti-aspyware thing....my PC freezes.........& since its weekend here dad will take the PC for servicing tomorrow.......
its such a task just to post here .......kabhi kabhi PC allows me to more than 1post before getting all weird...........& kabhi kabhi it doesn't allow me to post @ all...........i hv like disconnect a hundered times before posting.........
