That was more like propoganda rather than truth. Zia used his utmost resources to find any thing against great Bhutto, could not find anything. On the contrary he unleashed persecution on PPP supporters by lashing and torturing them just for saying “Jeay Bhutto”.
Coming back to topic, I have said earlier many times and say it again PPP-mqm cooperation was marraige of convinience. I don’t know why AK episode made mqm to part with PPP and resumed target killings as ususal. What Mirza has said is the truth. Instead of killing innocent people by mqm, they should respond in democratic, civilize manner rather than resorting to old methods.
