yesterday Dr Arif Alvi was on a prog ...and he said ...
when you lodge an FIR ...you name a Suspect ... ie someone you think can be involved in that crime ... this does not defames the suspect ...
similarly Imran Khan in the light of evidence of threat and the past record ...has merely aired his concern and considers him as the most probable , prime Suspect ...that is it ...
..and naming a suspect does not mean defamation .... Now MQM can go and such Sugar Canes ...!!

MQM should have got rid of Altaf Hussain long ago. They didnt! And now with each passing day they are finding themselves getting drowned in a swamp.
Altaf Hussain says something stupid and the Rabita Committee have to come on the media to justify it.

MQM has much brighter chances of winning this case against PTI because MQM has much stronger (like a mafia) presence in city/province, they can intimidate officials to withhold any evidence/witnesses that can be used against MQM.
