One more stupid move from MQM. These idiots are on the roll these days.
By the way does this rule apply to current acts of extra-marital affairs or any past acts are included? If that is not clear than our constitution is crappier than I thought. Lastly, Even Allah gives you a break if you don’t repeat your past mistakes.

Second point is according to Farooq Sattar, “Imran Khan deserved to be disqualified for being a member of the National Assembly as under the laws of the land no person involved in such extra-marital affairs could contest elections or continue as a member of parliament”. As I remember Imran was not even married at this time of this affair so how is that a extra-marital affair?

maybe he used the term extra-marital in place of adulterous sex or out-of-wedlock sex etc.
