Then stop thinking of deweaponization of Karachi as well. Karachi is not in a vacuum.

I would also remind everyone of the Lyari Operation, where the whole strong force of police could not enter even one kilometer after a week of extensive fighting. In the end the government had to give up, stop the operation and accepted the defeat at the hands of crimnals there.

No the government did not give up. Rehman Malik said that the operation has stopped for a short while and the it will be relaunched in 48 hours. I guess we still have a good few hours left.
