Then stop thinking of deweaponization of Karachi as well. Karachi is not in a vacuum.
I would also remind everyone of the Lyari Operation, where the whole strong force of police could not enter even one kilometer after a week of extensive fighting. In the end the government had to give up, stop the operation and accepted the defeat at the hands of crimnals there.
