hamari ammi nay to hum ko kuch bhe nahin sikhaya..everytime i used to ask her..ammi, is may kitna masala dalta hay..ye kaisay bunta hay..she used to say...abhi dimagh na khao..kisi aur waqt bataon gi..and that waqt never came.. :(
so i am really glad that you and your daughter take interest in cooking MashaAllah :)
btw, i just wanna know how japanese bread crumb is different from normal ones? and secondly what's included in that salad?

Qrius…chanda white bread crumbs made with white bread and the reguler one i believe made with wheat bread and you know italian bread crumbs,they add some italian spices and thats all.i like jepanese bread crumbs most,because it gives cruncheir texture then other,baqi logo ki apni choice hay,you can find japanese white bread crumbs any grocery stores ,
or salad 
my all time favourite salad julian salad,almost her dawat main yay salad ake zaroori item hay,bas fruite or vege wou laina jou bohut** juicy** na ho,or seeds bilkul nahi dalna,werna bohut mushi hou gi ,or achhi bhi nahi lagay gi.or fruits main apple sour green walay…sab say last main cut kerna werna black hou jaey gay
