I agree, the number of fatalities might have been inflated but it did take place.

No doubt all the destruction that a war brings did happened at that time, but killing of 6 Million jews is the biggest propaganda ever. Even when this concept/ news of mass killing was spreaded, most of the european and American historian termed it fake.
