I just love Faisal Mosque!!! I grew up when it was being made, and I remember how we used to go there every week while it was being constructed!!! Although all mosques are beautiful mashallah, but Faisal mosque is very dear to me! Its reflects the religious pride of not just Pakistan, but my city and its people!!! It looks so beautiful next in the footsteps of the margallas!!!

Found this pic while i was browsing; it looks like something out of a dream. All it stated on the webpage is Masjid al-Hassan, no city or country specified. If the distant skyscrapers in the background, and the vehicles in the front are ignored, then you almost feel as though you are looking at what must have been a typical mosque during the 1300s in places like Spain. It’s breathtaking.
