Bad breath is irritating, doesn't matter you ignore it, but it still is. There are things you can do to reduce it, most important of them is to take care of your gums.

If his breath stinks in the morning I tell him to go brush and he doesn't get offended. It's not that big an issue only happens rarely.

Oh my goodness. This is just something you don't care about at all if you're married. Being next to the one you love is all you do care about, especially in the first few years, maybe after 15 years you start to get annoyed by stuff like that but not yet lol

I think you should its general hygiene and shows that you appreciate your spouse enough to look good for them. Im sure you dress up nice and put deodrant on then why not smell nice orally?

Big or small - it does not matter. What matters is you make the most out of it.
PCG, keep a bottle of mouthwash on your bedside.. Use right before action. Night or early morning. You will make his day.
Keep a box of mints by ur side table..
