I think there are two types of people in this world, one who sleep with their mouth closed and other with their mouth opened.

The first type of people have real bad breath when they get up in the morning. The 2nd type relatively less.

You must know which type you are. If you belong to type 1 then the list of to do things is longer.

Brush your teeth before going to bed including cleaning your tongue as well with tongue cleaner or using your brush and that would work fine as well. Don’t eat anything because whatever you eat creates a smell at the end of the night.

Then there’s a mouth piece available in the market that you put in your mouth and it keeps your mouth open for the whole night helping you breath fresh air through your mouth or something, I don’t know the name of that thing but I’ve seen that in a movie.

It’s something similar to what boxers use before going into a fight.

And this questions is so funny, haha :d
