CJ could have thwarted that. By allowing judges to even put in a vote like allowing extremists off the hook, he's in the wrong. Bad leadership.
its governments incompetency that those 61+ ppl got free. government failed to provide enough evidence for their conviction. you cannot blame the judiciary for doing the right thing. its the government that failed miserably. to lock up 61+ innocent people without any charges is no justice at all. its not the judiciary that was corrupt but instead its the government that was rounding up innocent people to fill up its monthly quota to get its rewards from USA. to this day government has not come out with any concrete evidence to say those 61+ people were indeed involved in terrorism activities. however, mushy is quick to make deals with known corrupt politicians, murderers and terrorists to stay in power.
