Are you joking? Actually, I don’t think so. True is, you’re living in denial. Is it nice there? Are there palm trees and a cool breeze, and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the beach?
In the mean time, those of us living in reality are thinking about ways to improve it instead of ignore it. It must be nice to have other people do so much work that will ultimately benefit you, too, since you (unfortunately!) are also a citizen of a world that would be a lot better off if everyone was truthfully seeking ways to end violence and hatred.
Anyway, stop listening to what your chacha tells you or what you’d like to believe because it makes you feel like some glamorous victim, and think for yourself. Learning to spell would also be a good start to a self-improvement program!
This is all true, but nevertheless the Christians who do killing in Ireland bring a bad name to their faith anyway. Go to UK and people will be wary of an Irish Catholic (not so much now, but a lot during the height of the IRA violence). It’s always been up to other Irish Catholics to vigorously denounce the ones who give their religion and country a bad name, and to try to stop such people. Same here, in my opinion.
