I havent been in ages but everytime I went, I had tons of gunnay and gunnay ka ras...it was my favorite thing!!! Chilghozay were so much fun!!! Bhutte were sooooooooo good with masala on them.

Lois, you can actually get makhanay here too now...I fry them in some fake butter and eat them garam garam...amazing!!!

that sweet tinkering sound of bell those thailay waalay used to make to attract customers around 10:00 PM on winter nights ..

What about Singarha?

I think that’s the name… It looks like a coal, but u peel back the black skin and its all white..u eat it with a lil salt to make it taste yummilicious!

I didnt like Pakola the first time at all...tastes a little bit like sawnf...but then you get to like it.

Ha! Chilghozay are too costly these days. Last year they were Rs. 1200 per kg. Gone are the days of chilghozas.
