Moong Phali buying tips

Re: Moong Phali buying tips

aap ki taraf kiya rate hai moongphali ka?

where from it come? I mean which country?

Re: Moong Phali buying tips

I have no idea :bummer: dad brings and we eat.

Apparently we take our moong phali way too seriously and break relationships if there is no seed in the pod, as one poet once said

Moong phali main daana nahi
Hum tumhaaray naana nahi :(

Re: Moong Phali buying tips

koi haal nahin :nahi:

But the article in OP says that even low quality Indian peanuts have two seeds in each bud. Indian peanuts which are called as Chinese nuts in Pakistan. May be the poet is talking about made in China peanuts with no nuts.

Karachi ho....december ki raat ho....lehaf ho ...aur door sai aaawaz ayee "phaaalii garaaaaaaaaaaaam" .....aah sounds from heaven!

Another "Karachi Culture" in 80s was to spend times with friends on weekend eve in one of our front-yard with eating mong phalli and talking about anything and everything!

Re: Moong Phali buying tips

I think the best one is phali from pathan who sells challi with chana and phalli. 3 in one

Re: Moong Phali buying tips

oh i forgot to mention one thing.

moongphali should be eaten with thin dark brown sheathing on the nuts. it is said that these sheaths are good for your eyesight...after eating a kilogram of this would increase your vision to 20/20. :)
