why do we have mood swings?

a few min ago I was hurt n mad & could’ve killed someone(not literally but yeah)

& NOw again I’m hurt but not mad just deeply hurt & want to cry

Hormonal imbalance or maybe cuz you are stuck with idiots around you and it’s not really your fault.
