Re: Mood Swings

@ TLK- r u pmsing or is it a state of womenopause?! trying to look concerned.

@Sara- bt its only natural n also medically proven that with hormonal changes n imbalamces comes mood swings n even depression at times. So what exactly is the women gonna do? Ofcourse she shud try to remaim positive bt at times all that trying may nt be enuff.

Re: Mood Swings

^ u will make a man very happy one day iA :D

Re: Mood Swings

Are you jealous that you don’t have a natural…and oft-repeated reason…to dump all your eccentricities upon? This is really what it’s about isn’t it? You just don’t wanna say it. All this gol mol talking. First about foods…now about moods. Yikes, they rhyme! Koi hal nahin! :smack:

I get that..but i mean...treating others like crap or biting thier heads off...is it really fair for the recipient?

Re: Mood Swings

Men have their PMS/time of the month. Its called Bills.

Re: Mood Swings

So here is what I am getting. As Maham said (and Maham, please dont act concerned for me, you look so phony baloney doing that), although a woman is going through an emotional imbalance, its requires a triggering reason for her to be cranky. So guys should just sense that and shut themselves up during that time?

was that directed towards me sara?

Exactly, we guys need a reason, an excuse to dump our nastiness on. See, my wife feeds me on time and I go to bed when I am sleepy. Honestly I cant find any excuse. Help me RV. Help me with your wisdom and wise remarks and sarcasm. Please I am begging you.

Yeah but if they couldn't shut themselves up the remaining three weeks.....what makes you think they'll be any good at shutting up for just one difficult hormonlal week? Eh...eh? Easier said than done? Aadatain thori itni jaldi badalti hain.

Re: Mood Swings

^maybe you just need a vacation

Re: Mood Swings

@ sara- ofcourse nt! Just dnt expect her to be at her behavior that day. She may be down, nt as friendly as she usually may be, n def nt very accomodating.

@ TLK- yes pls do that. Nt only nt trigger it bt it wudnt hurt if the men be the more accomodating, nicer one that few days every month.
Is that asking for too much? I hope nt!

Re: Mood Swings

no. because if you shut up they'll be annoyed at you not answering back. and when you do answer back then they'll get angry. and then if you stay away and out of the house/room...they'll get even more angrier that you're being pathetic and running away. and if you stay theyl'll tell you to leave.

so really they're just gonna screw with your brain any way possible. there's not getting out of it.

and i just realised i wrote that without referring to myself as one of 'them'...how rude of me. :(

isnt being hungry or tired a natural enough reason?

us women know of the pain of periods and other things, hence we think the being hungry and tired reason is pretty silly. I used to be like that, but over some years ive realised it is actually quite a big things for men... so feed em, relax them... that'll keep em happy.. and in turn will keep us happy too :)

And yeah, financial stress (if any... everyone has some im sure), kids.... u always worry about them... so these are natural reasons i believe so

Fikar not, TLK Bhai.

Rest assured, that my wisdom and sarcasm will come to your aid. You know how I harp on and on about communication in my posts? Vell, I'm soching that I'll just tell Nikki about how you think women don't know what they're talking about....that they're ruled by their hormones....that they're only purpose is to feed men on time.

Now, how can your better half help if the concerns are not communicated to her? I can at least.......do that for you.

I think I will go with Sweetif version. RV and Maham sound too idealistic and on the opposite ends.

omg r u serious? i go thru extreme pain, sickness, and very irritable. I literally go grey when i come on. I used to get sent home frm school college and work when i came on. Thats how bad MINE are.

Yes

If those reasons are met, and u still feel cranky and have mood swings...maybe its something else is going on?

Honesty is idealistic?

:(

Re: Mood Swings

Mine is a baby too, he gets cranky when he’s sleepy and tired at night. But wake him up at 6 am, and he’s bright and chirpy because he’s a morning person. He’s rarely ever in a bad mood but there are days when he gets cranky from long hours at work, and I tell him to go take it out on some tree raastay mein before talking to me :snooty:

Being under stress (be it financial or any other) would not constitur a mood swing. That would be a gebine reaction. In fact if some one has financial challenges and the person is least bothered, I will be very surpise.

Haan ji, aap apna bee jamalo pun kerna mut chornaa .. :pcg:

There is definitely something else going on.

Yes :frowning:
