Two things that i’ve learnt to deal with Mondays is to

  1. Must wake a lil early and take shower Monday morning
  2. Start thinking ahead of time what tasks are needed to be accomplished on Monday.

And as you said, reach office grab a coffee and get set go!

One reason that we desis dont get too much pressure as compared to others is that we keep in the rhythm of work even when we are not working. We just dont get detached that easily
