Its not about medical institutions in pak, ofcourse they do exist in karachi, lahore and islamabad to the least. But its the point of “Elites” not trusting these local hospitals no matter how good they are.
They have super-luxury of abundance of money that comes with the mentality that only west can provide them ultimate comfort, treatment and post-care. So you can double, triple, quadruple the number of hospitals or increase their standard to their magnitude, the top 2-3% will still rely on UK/US
