I have lots of them. ack. I had 4 or 5 surgically removed. They came out over the years, it runs in my family. What you need to watch are particularly the flat moles. If they change color or shape, it can be a concern and should be surgically removed. Some skin docs will photograph your moles for later comparison. Most moles are harmless, its usually only when their shape or color changes that they can be concerning.

waise are you sure that they are moles and not freckles or brown spots that can basically appear because of being in the sun and not wearing sunscreen.

Actually they r kinda brownish tiny spots, people call them ''till'' aswell
I too have a mole near my upper lip.....I think it looks kinda........:)
