Mods Responsibilities?

Re: Mods Responsibilities?

hey whts ths RKS stands for :chai:

sigh Im not here to prove anything..I just second brother-quraish's thoughts! I never said.. u were a bad mod.. what's wrong?

Oh so I can only become a moderator if I showcase MY stuff? Maybe thats the reason for the forum being so dead.

to be a RKS moderator: may be or may not be.

well u can be mod if u show some interest in that forum.

if u can prove that u can be better mod then me then please do so. Admins will be happier if they get alive and active contributor in their team such as u.

lol. Cantankerous said it cahnge the mod, which i believe he/she is right. he/she should also present some alternative as well.

Re: Mods Responsibilities?

1 imp thing mod should respect their own country n shd nt show some freky disgusting pixs of scrap n relate it to pak n labeled it with colors of pak bla bla bla ... i hop mod wil get the point :)

Re: Mods Responsibilities?

To be honest, arts/paintings wont elicit the same amount of interest from each person. Only the afficionados will keep on checking the forum even if there isn't much activity going on. Unless we have a prolific painter onboard along with some diverse AND interesting discussion topics, the casual reader wont venture out much.

Personally, I'd like to see some collections from famous Pakistani artists, like Ustad Allahbuksh.

Rangon kay Shajar

no, please elaborate

sigh that post was meant to be taken as a joke! No one gets my dry humor.

^ I do, worry NOT!

no no. i honestly believe there are many better members than who deserve to be the mod, and not me.

who is Ustad Allahbuksh?

so?

stop trusting these things that these things are presenting you (or may be it is, i dont know).

cuz the fact is i tool it when i was in Pakistan. :)

these things exist there so dont act like an ostrich and face the ground reality...and try to find alternative!

:D<--- for you Cantanky!

Re: Mods Responsibilities?

bt few other threads of urs ... u criticize Pak alot ... i wont lik to mension ... in short its nt good to label or relate every bad thing or Act with Pk :)

See thats the problem, there isn't much stuff about him on the net. He's some renowned artist from, I believe, pre-partition days. Someone gave me a copy of his painting called "The Dancing girl". I happen to find his work very reflective of our culture (Based on the...ahem...TWO paintings I have seen).

Oh while we're on it, can someone dig up paintings of old lahore and post them?
