Aila is too overdone, imo. It’s pretty but it was one of those names (like Ayaan) that was trending for quite a while…and every other baby girl had that name.

Maisha…I’ve never been too crazy about. The meaning is similar to Aisha, which most likely is where it is derived from. I seeing Maisha as a “trying too hard” attempt at making Aisha sound more unique.
