Some moderators delete their personal attacks on members when everyone starts critisizing them (now will admin warn them on that action?), then, they do not take actions against flaming for weeks and suddenly, when user defends himself, only then, they realize about their so-called duty of warning... .. or perhaps their urge to revenge.... Kids!

Works both ways Anwaar, guppies also need to be responsible instead of provoking the mods all the time. You very well know that admin does take into account all the opinions. However, everyone whose complaints is not attended to feels aggrieved whether the complaint is justified or not. It is a partnership while we are prepared to take criticism and improve it is also upto the guppies to act responsibly and not provoke mods or indulge in flaming insulting others. may I add that overwhelming majority of the guppies are very well behaved and co operate fully.
Merc2 number of posts is just one criteria taken into account when appointing mods. :)
