mahnoor, u seem to be getting riled up over nothing. hey i never said our cricketers are more beautiful or anything - pls, no childish comparisons like that ash/reema thread. and how do u know they have 'tons of makeup' on? And I meant it as a compliment, that if sami was dressed up he'd look as good or better than them. hope you understand me? :)
karina, u see that big YUP! before my response, it meant I agreed with the above post of urz, but woh kya haina kai “Yeh dil ka mammla hain zara samjha karo”
herr jokes aside. As far as reem/ash thread is concerned if you click back my response in that thread was ( what a stupid thread. m better than any reema sheema ash wash who doesn’t wear ton’s of make-up in a fashion show. aren’t they modeling or something?
ever knew that wasim was the first one from indian sub-continent to start the catwalk trend…
Wasim to try his hand at modelling
By our correspondent
KARACHI: Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram after taking to a career as a cricket commentator and expert after his retirement is now also trying his hand at modelling. The left arm fast bowler who bowled over many a batsmen with his bowling genius on Friday was on the catwalk trying to bowl over the audience at a fashion show in Karachi. Wasim appeared on the catwalk, modelling some designs for the well-known Lawrencepur fabrics and the initial feedback on how he fared as a model were mixed. Pakistan’s present fast man Shoaib Akhtar has also appeared as a model for a leading fashion magazine but this was the first time one saw a Pakistan player on modelling in a proper fashion show. Wasim recently visited the Pakistan camp in Lahore to pass on his experience and tips to the fast bowlers as they prepared for the home series against India. The former captain was recently also fined by a Lahore civil court for appearing in a ad campaign for a Indian liquor company Segrams.
