Don’t you think DA is part of the cover up? Of course he would say that. Do you think someone that committed a robbery would leisurely walk middle of the road and not try to run from an officer?

Look, no one is contesting that a confrontation took place and Wilson did what he was trained to do. But the stop itself should not have happened. If you discount the fact that Wilson did not know about the robbery, stopping Brown was a case of profiling.

See that’s what ticks me. DA is part of cover up, 11 members of independent jury were part of cover up, Autopsy by Govt and Autopsy by Brown family was part of cover up and list goes on. You cant put someone on trial just because it helps sooth one specific race.

As for why would they walk in middle of road leisurely? have you been to such neighborhoods? Unfortunately that’s what they do. They don’t “run away” from police when they are in “their” area. I have been told by Police twice (once in LA and once in neighborhood of Newark airport, NJ) that I should ‘leave’ the area because its to dangerous. Such is the state of matters in these neighborhoods.

and how can you discount the basic fact that Wilson heard the description of robbers on radio, he saw two guys matching the description and he tried to stop and investigate them? Radios are not for ONE on ONE communication. What is broadcasst on radio is heard by everyone who have their radios on. This is how they work.

DA rounded it up very nicely that those 11 jury members are the ONLY 11 people in the world who has seen all the evidence rest is all, he said, she said, dont you think so, i dont think so, you dont think so…
