it works both ways…
I knew a guy ages ago…he was just a normal guy…but then went uni…met a girl…apparently she wore hijab but still messed around with him…she lived in halls…I mean he would even go around to her room and wash her dishes for her etc…then she decided that she wants to start covering her face too…she told him about Islam and he became quiet religious too…and then after that they even slept together …ive even seen pic of her hugging him…
anyway, cutting the story short, she messed around with him…for about 3/4 years…then told him “my parents say I cant marry u cuz ur a lower cast”…then finally parents agreed…but then she started liking another guy…so she left him for this other guy…
how did it affect this poor guy? well, he was a Muslim, but after what she did, he left Islam…didnt just leave Islam…he openly swears at the Prophet and talks VERY badly about Allah…and Islam generally…I mean to the extent that if any of the guys on gupshup ever met him, you’d probably kill him for what he says…he’s had some near misses.
anyway, I asked him on many occasions why he is doing what his doing…how big a sin it is…she’s not worth it etc. etc…but he says “just remember this: I am like this as a result of what that girl did to me”
