utd i would nto be as concered if the missing crap was a slingshot or some shipment of rifles. These things are bad..imagine someone in Us saying we are missing some of our nukes..
Quite of bit of Radioactive material has gone missing within the U.S. in the last few years. Hopefully these rockets in particular aren't in the best working condition if they were indeed stolen/sold.

its just the amount of damage radio active material can do that is worrisome, the talk ot dirty nukes has been pretty scary.
if its missing, its not because someone is a colelctor, but someone wants it..to use for something..and whereever its used, its going to be bad.
okay I am a doofus and inn understand yer question...rainign here and a semi ran the red light, i had started moving already and was half way in the intersection..he had to brake, i hbraked and make a quick turn..to avoid being hit by the guy..the jacque-ass did not bother to stop.
It's questionable how much damage a dirty bomb would actually do. Dirty "nukes" make it sound scarier than what it is.

Did you get his/her plate number; was it a North Dakota Congressman driving the truck by chance? I had a family member almost taken out by a semi, it hit the side of the car and dragged it for 100 feet or so, to little sleep for those truckers.

radioactive material spread over a large radius using some basic explosive device can create a lot of havoc..kinda like a chemical attack.
and on the truck issue, no, this thing happened in a split second..i have chased ppl like this before and reported them, but just did nto have the time today
Ugh.. I dont like semi trucks… got bounced between one and the guard rail a few years back.. shoulda seen the big ol Bubba tow truck driver that picked me up though

But really I cant get too scared over this stuff.. the suitcase nukes could do some real damage, but I doubt they went anywhere. The guy making the claims wanted to run for office… And dirty bombs? the panic the idea creates is more dangerous than the bomb itself. We can clean up nuclear waste more efficiently than oil spills. no biggie.

I just think there need to be some better controls over these things. If they cant handle it maybe they should turn in the stuff to UN ot Int' atomic energy agency etc.
