Navigate to the following folder:

:\Documents and Settings*username*\SendTo

Then, for the mail receipient, create a new txt document and rename it to anyName.MAPIMAIL and that will become your shortcut. For the compressed zip folder, create a new document and rename it to anyName.ZFSendToTarget and for My Documents create a document called anyName.mydocs, for desktop shortcut create a document called anyName.DeskLink and you are done
